Oversees the nomination and election of ruling elders and deacons. This shall express the rich diversity of the congregation’s membership and shall guarantee participation and inclusiveness. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare a slate of nominees for elder and deacon, to be elected by the congregation
- Prepare a slate of nominees of congregational representatives to the Nominating Committee
- Prepare a slate of nominees for a Pastor (or Associate Pastor) Nominating Committee (PNC or APNC) when there is a need to call a Pastor or Associate Pastor.
