Management responsibilities Include:

  • Employment and the annual performance review of non-ordained staff
  • Annual review of adequacy of compensation
  • Manage the use of the building by other groups, including user fees and policies.
  • Review and manage contracts and licenses with vendors, service providers, and contractors
  • Oversee the implementation of the Child Protection Policy
  • Manage church insurance policies.
  • Coordinate with Membership and Communications to produce a Church Directory
