Management responsibilities Include:
- Employment and the annual performance review of non-ordained staff
- Annual review of adequacy of compensation
- Manage the use of the building by other groups, including user fees and policies.
- Review and manage contracts and licenses with vendors, service providers, and contractors
- Oversee the implementation of the Child Protection Policy
- Manage church insurance policies.
- Coordinate with Membership and Communications to produce a Church Directory
