Planning and leading regular efforts to reach into the community and the world. Responsibilities include:
- Inform the Session and congregation of information, activities, and events affecting SSPC and PCUSA.
- Inform the community about SSPC about concerning events, happenings, ideas, cooperative ventures, responses to community issues, and other unique things that occur in the life of the congregation.
- Develop print pieces, videos, and visual displays concerning the program, ministry and mission of the congregation.
- Maintain current and pertinent information on the outside lighted sign.
- Provide creative ways for the committees, congregation and community to interact.
- Create and maintain the church bulletin boards.
- Record sermons and other special events; make available to members of the congregation.
- Provide live remote video access of worship service into Founders’ Hall.
- Provide and maintain the church website; explore other technology tools and techniques for communication.
- Coordinate with Membership and Administration to provide and maintain a church directory
